The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the leisure and outside areas were excellent, great access to the train station and main road for travel, clean throughout, good sitting out and pool area, quiet location with good views.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the convenience of parking on-site and the hotel's proximity to transportation options, like the Los Alamos train station and the airport. The location in a beautiful residential area surrounded by gorgeous villas added to the charm. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and happy to assist. a wonderful experience.
